Olivia Witherite (MBA) is a digital media expert with more than a decade of experience in the sports social media industry. In 2023, she founded On-Base Collective, a social media strategy and marketing agency. The boutique agency specializes in social media strategy, branding, content strategy and short-form content creation.

Before founding her agency, she had stops at The Webby Awards as the org's marketing director,  The Game Day — a sports betting-focused startup — as VP of Digital Strategy and Marketing, The Athletic — restructuring and overhauling the company's social strategy —and at MASN, building out a social production team from scratch. 

Her areas of expertise are social media, content strategy, brand marketing, top-of-funnel marketing, copywriting and leadership.

She is a proud MBA graduate from Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School, with specializations in entrepreneurial marketing, public & private sector leadership and digital marketing.
